What is the Hypno Lorenzo Comedy Stage Hypnosis Show?
The show is guaranteed to keep everyone laughing, and to generate audience participation and bonding.

The audience is filled with anticipation and questions when show time arrives,
“Can I be hypnotized?” , “Who’s going to be hypnotized?”, "What is going to happen?", "Is Hypnosis real?".
Then the show starts, and the audience learns about hypnosis, and they become amazed at power of their imaginations as everyone tries a few suggestibility tests from their seats. Shortly after, the stage area is opened for as many volunteers as will fit. Next Hypno Lorenzo quickly guides the volunteers through a hypnotic induction. The fun begins as the volunteers are transformed into dancers, celebrities, musicians, hypnotists, win 1 million dollars, brought back to age 5, and much much more!.

The audience observes the amazing power of the mind as the volunteers have more fun than the audience. The content is always good clean fun and designed to create a fun, memorable event. Your audience will be rolling on the floor with laughter and provide thunderous applause to the stars on stage. Everyone will enjoy an outstanding show full of fun and excitement that will not embarrass anyone.
Volunteers will also be given post hypnotic suggestions and sent back into the audience to interact with the audience (always a highlight of the show).
At the end of the show each volunteer gets positive suggestions to help them with any realistic goals they have in life, and they will receive a videotaped copy of the show staring them. The audience is always left wanting more !

How do you choose the volunteers?
Only audience members that want to participate are chosen.

Do the volunteers really have fun on stage?
The volunteers are treated with respect, no one is ever embarrassed and they all will have more fun than the audience. After the show, its very common for audience members who did not volunteer to state that they wished they had participated.

Is your show family friendly?
Yes, we have shows for every event and occasion. The show can be customized to be appropriate for any age audience and all our shows are presented in good taste.

Can the show be customized for my event?
Yes, we cater each and every show to fit the he show to fit your event, and tastefully suit it to everyone in attendance. Custom routines are created at every show that incorporate your themes, phrases or slogans.

How long is the Comedy Stage Hypnosis Show?
Typically the Hypno Lorenzo Comedy Hypnosis Show runs about 60 - 120 minutes. The time can sometimes go longer, depending on the number of people on stage. If your time requirements are shorter, the show can always be made shorter, but we don't recommend that the show be shorter than 45 minutes.

Music: Have us provide popular music before and after the show on our already set up system (ask about details, we have our system computerized with over 10,000 songs). If you need a DJ for organized activities, dances, and games we can provide them as well.

Are you insured?
Yes, we carry a $2,000,000.00 entertainer's liability policy.

Can you provide a sound system?
We provide a state of the art sound system, laptop computer and a wireless microphone. Music and sound are an integral part of the show!

Be sure to ask for these extras that can be easily included for any event:

What are the show requirements?
A) Performance area of 20' x 16' is ideal but not mandatory. (The larger the stage the better!) Please make sure the stage is free and clear of all podiums, tables and cords.
B) 10 to 30 straight back armless chairs are ideal. The chairs should be set up in one row with the chairs touching one another and as close together as possible. The number of chairs will vary depending on the stage size and audience size. For small stage areas you may make two rows of chairs, but one row of chairs is preferred.
C) A small table by the performance area with access to an electrical outlet.

What type of location is needed to perform?
The show can be presented anywhere there is room for the audience and the participants.

Yes, a few times a year we choose the charities/fundraisers that we work with for free or at a reduced rate. Contact us now for more information about performing for your Club, Organization, Non-Profit, Charity or Fundraiser.

Is Hypno Lorenzo a certified hypnotist and where was he trained?
Hypno Lorenzo is a registered and certified hypnotist and received his clinical and stage hypnosis training from the late Master Stage Hypnotist Ed Madden, The National Guild of Hypnotists, The HMI College of Hypnotherapy, and the International Hypnosis Association.

What is Hypnosis and how does it work?
Hypnosis is a natural occurring event that everyone experiences almost everyday while daydreaming, reading or even while driving long distances or familiar routes along the highway. Simply stated, Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation. In this state of relaxation, a person is more suggestible and a heightened awareness on a subconscious level. Once this state of heightened awareness is achieved the volunteers are able to "zero in" on the specific areas of the mind through the power of suggestion.

What are misconceptions about hypnosis?
Hypnosis is sleep - False, a person in a state of hypnosis is not sleeping, but instead is very relaxed, they are aware of everything going on around them.

You can get stuck in hypnosis - False, everyone experiences hypnosis naturally several times a day. It is impossible to get stuck in hypnosis.

Hypnosis is loss of control - False, a person will not do or say anything under hypnosis that they do not want to do or that is against their will or morals.

The hypnotist has power over a person - False, since all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. A person has the power to accept or reject suggestions.

Weak-minded people are the best subjects - False, the best subjects are those who can concentrate relax and have a good imagination.

You cannot be "stuck" in a hypnotic state, it is a natural state that everyone goes in and out of several times a day.
Hypnosis heightens your senses, it doesn't "weaken your will".
Hypnosis is merely a heightened state of relaxation and suggestibility, not "sleep".
You cannot be made to do anything while experiencing hypnosis that is against your will or morals.
